For me this was a new venture at elevate to paint during worship. I had seen it done before but had never had the guts to do it. So with a gentle push from some other members of the team I decided to give it a go. I actually really enjoyed it and I felt I could express my worship to Jesus in a new way. It is so good not to limit God and remember how big he really is. He has made each one of us so unque and creative. We should not just praise him with our months but with every part of us-that is true worship. Ask yourself this question do you see yourself as a talented singer? Why is it that singing is the only form of worship we commonly use in Church? So why not give it ago and paint and draw as praise to Our wonderful Maker.

Games & Bouncing Castles

Friday Night, the opening Night at Elevate consisted of maddness. We wanted people to get to know each other so we played games in our small groups. These 'Senses' games got everyone laughing, smelling, eating and dancing! Than the 2 losers had a race in the assault course in the somo suits! And the 2 winners battled it out on the Gladiator and Somo. Well done to Rachel Clarke, John Ryan, Amy Joy Reilly & Nathan Reilly.
